Sizing details
Bangles: Please see sizing descriptions within each listing. I offer several different types of bangles which may require different sizing based upon how the bangle is placed on the arm (i.e., closed bangles vs. open bangles).
Cuffs: I recommend ordering cuffs using a snug wrist measurement (taken at the wrist bone). Feel free to leave me your wrist size at checkout if yours is not listed in the dropdown menu. If you prefer a more snug or loose fit please leave me a note at checkout.
Care instructions
I recommend keeping your jewelry in a sealed box or container when not in use, especially sterling silver to minimize oxidizing. Clean with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Always remove before bathing, swimming or sleeping.
How do you handle refunds on returns?
Refunds are processed once I receive the returned item(s) back in my possession. Custom and engraved items are non-refundable. All other item in their original condition will be promptly refunded, less shipping. This includes the shipping cost for me to mail an order, even when the customer’s order reflects “free shipping”. Rush fees are non-refundable.
Are bridesmaid orders eligible for return?
Yes; however there is a 15% restocking fee as all of my items are made to order. Please contact me with questions regarding this policy.
Customs Duties and Taxes
In some cases, international shipments may incur additional fees upon arrival due to the destination country's taxation laws on imported goods. Please note that these fees are the buyer's responsibility. I do not mark packages as "gifts" to avoid these fees as it is illegal to do so.

What is 14K Gold Filled?
Gold filled is a layer of solid gold (I use 14 karat) mechanically pressure and heat bonded to a base metal, typically brass or sterling silver. It should not be confused with gold plating. It is not only more valuable but also tarnish resistant. It does not flake off or rub off. If it is well taken care of gold filled jewelry *can* last a lifetime but with active, constant, daily wear it’ll realistically last about 20 years, give or take.

I use USPS for shipping unless requested otherwise. I am not responsible for lost packages. Damages should be reported to USPS directly. Photos will be requested. Please let me know if you’d like insurance added to your package prior to shipping.
